Chiomenti Studio Legale is an Italian law firm founded in 1948 by Pasquale Chiomenti. It is widely considered one of the strongest Italian law firms, and one of the few with a clear international outlook. Chiomenti counsels companies on big-ticket transactions. The firm counts 280 attorneys and tax advisers working out of offices in Rome, Milan, Brussels, London, New York City, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai.

2009 – 2012 Office Manager & Executive Assistantchiomenti

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of the New York branch of top international Italian law firm
  • Responsible for office accounting and budgeting (including payroll), negotiating contracts, liaising with building management and top corporate clients
  • Acting as Executive Assistant to the managing partner: travel arrangements, liaising with top partners and management of Italian branches in Rome and Milan
  • Managing marketing initiatives; providing IT support to attorneys

Key contributions:

  • Creating strategy to effectively cut office costs and save the firm 30% on overhead
  • Initiated student-intern program with local colleges, recruited, hired and trained interns
