Responsibilities:
- Acting as right-hand to the President & VP of high-paced start-up apparel division of Converse
- Liasing with HR at Headquarters and partnering with recruiters to grow company, created/managed company organizational charts and confidential HR files
- Developing office procedures; composing memos; creating PowerPoint presentations
- Compiling weekly divisional report for the CEO at corporate HQ
Key contributions:
- Created new dynamic vacation allowance and time schedule view allowing President to see who of which team would be out of the office at which time during the year and how much of their time-off allowance they had used.
